As a former Division I athlete, high school coach, and now ultrarunner, I understand the unique world of endurance sports. My counseling style blends depth (psychodynamic therapy) with day-of practicality (CBT strategies), all while honoring the discipline, drive, and humor that athletes bring to the work.
