$125 per 60-minute session
(In-person in Denver or virtual for clients throughout Colorado)
A one-on-one session designed to help you understand how training, racing, and recovery interact with your mental health, motivation, and overall well-being. Sessions provide space to process challenges, explore identity, and strengthen your mindset both on and off the course.

Momentum Plan
$250 per month
Includes:
Two 60-minute counseling sessions (in-person or virtual)
15-minute check-ins between sessions (video or phone)
Messaging access for accountability and race-week support
The Momentum Plan is built for athletes who benefit from consistent support throughout their training cycles. You’ll have regular access for guidance, reflection, and mindset work as you move through the physical and emotional demands of endurance sport.

Those who want consistent, flexible touchpoints beyond the standard session
Clients who value both counseling and practical performance support
Comprehensive Race Partnership
Starting at $400 per month
(Pricing varies based on travel, events, and access level)
A more immersive option for athletes or teams seeking deeper support. It includes expanded access and optional in-person attendance at races or training events.

Everything in the Momentum Plan
Pre-race and post-race debrief sessions
Optional on-site support at select races or training camps
Collaboration with coaches, nutritionists, or support staff as needed
